The Syrah for this Rosé, was grown specifically for this program. It was combined with the saignee juice from our Estate Chalk Knoll Vineyard in San Ardo. This is how the light blush color came to be, all natural acid. The wine was aged for 5 months in stainless steel, and did not go through Malolactic fermentation.
35% Syrah, 23% Zinfandel, 14% Mourvedre, 12% Grenache, 10% Merlot, 6% Grenache Blanc
