Tropical and cherry notes on the nose. Crisp on the pallet with a refreshing acidity that balances the bright, juicy cherry and ripe flavors on the lasting finish.

Winemaker Notes
The Syrah for this Rosé, was grown specifically for this program. It was combined with the saignee juice from our Estate Chalk Knoll Vineyard in San Ardo. This is how the light blush color came to be, all natural acid. The wine was aged for 5 months in stainless steel, and did not go through Malolactic fermentation.
