This wine yields aromas of blueberry jam, chocolate, liquorice, and espresso. Balanced tannins hold the profile together giving way to a smooth and flowing texture. Finally, hints of black plum, and subtle touch black pepper on the palate become evident on the exquisite finish.

Hand picked fruit sourced from the Chalk Knoll Vineyard in southern Monterey County. This unique wine is a blend that shows all the different fruit grown on the property. Aged in 25% French oak.
